• Proximity - If you live way from the property it is impracticable to manage the property yourself.
• Advertising coverage - Good agents will advertise your property in the local press and through other media including the internet - this coverage is extremely expensive for an individual to undertake for a singe property. Local agents also receive a steady stream of enquiries from prospective tenants and will generally attract a better quality tenant than may be sourced through the "small ads" of the local paper.
